    Asador Contrapunto embodies our gastronomic vision, built on three essential pillars. The first is product and culinary tradition, always respecting seasonality and the surrounding environment. In Castilla, as one would expect, torreznos, mushrooms, Castilian soups, lamb, and the finest chops form the heart of our offering. Alongside them, wine takes centre stage, accompanying each dish and elevating the dining experience.

    The second pillar is the grill, the soul of our kitchen. We use holm oak charcoal on our grill to cook everything from Tudela de Duero asparagus and fresh fish from the market to our select ox chops from the Pazo de Recimil in Lugo, always seeking the perfect point and authentic flavour.

    Finally, our team: professionals with extensive experience in kitchens and dining rooms, enriched by travels that bring knowledge, technique, and sensitivity to every detail.
