    At Áurea Palacio de la Tinta, Asador Contrapunto presents a gastronomic concept built on three essential pillars: produce, fire and care.

    Our cuisine is rooted in the traditional recipe book, interpreted with absolute respect for seasonality and the surrounding environment. In Málaga, the sea shapes our character: fish and seafood from local waters take centre stage, alongside dishes that form part of Andalusian identity, such as porra antequerana, gazpachuelo or ajoblanco, without forgetting popular sweets like borrachuelos or torta loca.

    This Mediterranean foundation is complemented by a nod to Galicia, the origin of our company, reflected in singular products such as the ox from our Pazo Recimil estate in Lugo. Sweet wines complete the experience, adding nuances that pair beautifully with both savoury dishes and desserts.

    The grill, fuelled with holm oak charcoal, is the soul of the kitchen: precise heat for fish fresh from the market and carefully selected meats, always cooked to perfection.

    All of this is made possible by a skilled and approachable team, with a single aim: that every meal is enjoyed without haste and remembered with pleasure.
