From June 15 to September 15, the Eurostars Gran Hotel La Toja invites you on a journey through traditional Galician cuisine, where each day of the week pays tribute to the most authentic flavours of land and sea.
Weekly gastronomic proposal:
- Monday: Slow essence of cooking and fire – Galician broth
- Tuesday: The sea turned into cuisine – Fish stew
- Wednesday: A classic full of character – Cod and chickpea stew
- Thursday: Maritime cuisine with Galician essence – Octopus stew
- Friday: A tribute to the flavour and tradition of the grill – Mixed grilled meats
- Saturday: Tradition in dough and flavour – Galician empanada
- Sunday: Essence of the Galician countryside – Free-range chicken stew
