      • Cleaning:
        The cleaning of the apartments is done on the day of departure. A free cleaning service is offered for stays longer than 7 nights. Guests may request an extra cleaning service at an additional cost depending on the type of suite reserved.

      • Important information:
        Once the reservation has been made, we will contact you via email to request the completion of the customer registration.
        The reception is available 24/24 at the Eurostars Vía de la Plata hotel, where you will receive the apartment's keys, located 50 meters away.

      • Deposit:
        A deposit of € 150 will be requested, which will be returned within 48 hours of check-out.

      • Applicable conditions:
        The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee, in accordance with the cancellation policy.

        Reservations of 3 or more apartments may be subject to special payment conditions and supplements.
