Fully adapted to the needs and demands of physical activity, our expert team of therapists uses their experience to offer the most exclusive massages and the most personalised treatments. Our incomparable treatments include high quality products, which will nourish, invigorate, rejuvenate and relax your body.

* We recommend our guests to book the massages in advance as this service is given as an external service in our hotel.

You can keep up with your workout routine at our gym, where you’ll find machines for cardio exercise and workout accessories. All hotel guests have free access to the fitness area, which is open from 10:30 am until 9 pm.

Availability: All our services are subject to availability. To ensure the best possible service, we recommend making your reservation as far in advance as possible, preferably with a minimum of 12 hours.

Reservations and minimum rates: As our professionals must travel to your hotel, the minimum booking per therapist is €95. You may book lower-cost services if two or more consecutive treatments are performed with the same professional, for example, two consecutive 30-minute massages.

Changes and cancellations: Modifications or cancellations are only accepted with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Therapist preferences; When making your reservation, please indicate the gender of the professional you wish to attend you and specify whether this is a preference or a mandatory requirement. If your choice is mandatory, availability will be limited to that option. If it is a preference, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if the indicated gender is not available, the massage will be performed by the professional available at the reserved time.

Disclaimer and acceptance of service: By making the reservation, the client declares that they do not suffer from any medical condition that would contraindicate the requested massage. The client understands that the massage services offered are intended exclusively for well-being, relaxation, and general physical improvement, and do not replace medical, physiotherapy, or diagnostic treatments.

The client agrees to:
- Inform the professional in advance of any allergy, injury, pathology, pregnancy, or other relevant medical condition.
- Acknowledge that professionals will not be responsible for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from unreported information or the concealment of personal conditions.
- Assume full responsibility for their state of health and for any effects resulting from the massage session.

By confirming the reservation, the client expressly accepts these conditions and authorizes the professional to perform the requested massage under their own responsibility. We guarantee that all services are provided with the highest level of professionalism, hygiene, and respect for client privacy.
