BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
20% deposit
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required by bank transfer or payment link. The deposit is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled because the minimum number of guests has not been reached.
Minimum number of guests
The event requires a minimum of 50 confirmed guests. If this number is not reached, the event will be cancelled and all payments made will be refunded.
Timings
The event will end at 4:00 am. The New Year's Eve party and open bar are included in the menu price and will take place in a separate function room from the dinner.
Booking deadline
Bookings will be accepted until 20 December 2026. If the minimum number of guests has not been reached by this date, the event will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded.
Remaining balance
The outstanding balance must be paid before 27 December 2026 by bank transfer or payment link.
