Withdrawal

Before completing your reservation, it is important that you are aware of your rights as a consumer. Below, we explain what the right of withdrawal consists of, the time frame available to exercise it, and the conditions applicable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the reservation within 10 calendar days without providing any justification (“right of withdrawal”). The withdrawal period will expire 10 calendar days from the day the Customer confirmed the reservation on our website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the service has not yet begun, you will be fully reimbursed for the amount paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial purchase transaction. Exercising the right of withdrawal will not entail any cost for the consumer.
