Turn your stay into an unforgettable experience by choosing the Aljibe duplex. Its name comes from Arabic and means a reservoir of underground water, as found in the palatial homes of Cádiz, where rainwater was collected from the roofs and stored as a water supply.

This suite is the room next to the main lounge where after-dinner conversations took place. The romantic bedroom has been converted into a suite, whose main lounge is decorated with a painting of Sir Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington, leader of the Spanish-British troops.

With spectacular views of the garden where century-old palm trees can be found, this suite offers a visit to the former Pozo de la Jara well, which used to supply the city’s water.
