An exclusive experience, designed to make the most of your stay

From 1 November 2026, guests staying in our Premium rooms, located in Villa Ladera and Villa Playa, will enjoy exclusive access to a hotel area designed to offer greater privacy, comfort and services specially tailored to them.

The Premium experience combines private spaces, an exclusive dining offering and additional services that allow guests to enjoy their stay in greater comfort and tranquillity. Premium guests will also have access to the rest of the hotel’s facilities and services, further expanding the ways to enjoy their holiday.

Premium Zone Services

Exclusive dining

- Private buffet breakfast at Villas Restaurant, from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
- Private buffet lunch at Villas Restaurant, from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
- À la carte dinner at Villas Restaurant, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm (advance reservation required).

For every seven-night stay, the following are included:

- Three reservations at Villas Restaurant.
- Two additional reservations in total to be used at Vista Bárbara - Mediterráneo and Xamaná Panoramic. The two additional reservations can be used once at each restaurant or both at the restaurant of the guest’s choice. All reservations are subject to availability.

Premium bars and services

Villas Terrace Bar – Snacks, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Villas Terrace Bar – Drinks, from 7:00 am to 2:00 am.
Villa Ladera Coffee Station, 24 hours.
Night-time Room Service, from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (limited menu and additional charge).
Drinks service at the Villa Ladera sun loungers, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

General hotel services

Guests staying in both villas can also enjoy the Los Cayos Central Buffet, Vista Bárbara - Mediterráneo and Xamaná Panoramic restaurants, Alisios Lobby Bar, Batey Sports Bar, Oceanic Breeze beach bar, Azúcar Pool Bar and the central building’s swimming pool.

Access is subject to the operating hours, availability and reservation requirements of each establishment.

Villa Playa

The most exclusive Premium experience

Villa Playa offers the most complete level of the Premium experience. Its guests enjoy:

- All exclusive services available at Villa Playa.
- All Premium services located in Villa Ladera.
- The hotel’s general services and facilities.

Exclusive services

Private swimming pool and hot tubs, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Playa Villa Bar, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Drinks service at the sun loungers, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Villa Playa Coffee Station, 24 hours (self-service, located at Playa Villa Bar).
The Coffee Station is self-service and is located in the Playa Villa Bar area.

All these spaces and services are exclusively available to guests staying at Villa Playa.

Villa Ladera

Privacy and dining in an exclusive setting

Villa Ladera offers a Premium experience with private spaces, a distinctive dining offering and access to the hotel’s general services and facilities.

- Private buffet breakfast and lunch at Villas Restaurant.
- À la carte dinner at Villas Restaurant, subject to prior reservation.
- Bar Terraza Villas, with snacks and drinks.
- Self-service Coffee Station, available 24 hours a day.
- Night-time Room Service, with a limited menu and additional charge.
- Drinks service at the sun loungers in the pool and hot tub area.
- Access to the hotel’s general services and facilities.
