Don’t miss our barbecue-centred dining experience, where you can savour the authentic flavour of expertly grilled meat cooked just the way you like it. A highlight is our selection of Galician beef sourced from Pazo de Recimil (subject to availability), the result of a carefully preserved farming tradition that respects natural rhythms and animal welfare, producing meat with an exceptional texture and deep, distinctive flavour. The menu is completed by succulent fish dishes and our take on the classic burger.

The most demanding palates will find in the hotel’s wide and varied gastronomic offer their very own flavour paradise. The best dishes of the Mediterranean fusion cuisine come out of the kitchen in Aire de Mar, our restaurant with capacity for 120 people. The restaurant, which serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, completes its offer with an intimate and cosy private dining room for 40 people.
