    The hotel restaurant offers a carefully curated selection of typical La Rioja products, reinterpreted through a cuisine that honours tradition while embracing creativity and innovation.

    This gastronomic proposal also features a special mention of beef from Pazo de Recimil, a tribute to Galician cattle-raising tradition. These animals are raised with respect for natural rhythms and animal welfare, resulting in meat of unique character: exceptional texture, deep flavour and a distinctive personality rooted in its origin. A proposal that may vary depending on product availability, while always maintaining a commitment to quality and excellence.

    We also offer a selection of special menus designed to provide an avant-garde culinary experience, where produce, technique and seasonality come together in high-quality creations.
